I know quite a few of you have tried to contact us via the office phone over the past few days.

For whatever reason our NBN (VOIP) phone connection will ring out but provide a “sorry this number has been disconnected” message for inbound calls.

We have made contact with our provider to complain 3 times now.

Unfortunately, the issue is still ongoing but they have vowed to fix it today.
